Funding Milestones and Payments

Global Proposal: Branding + UX/UI + Content

Milestones & payments:

• Phase 1: Workshops + Diagnosis + Benchmark — 15.000€ + 1 month from the start date of phase 1
• Phase 2: Brand Story Strategy + Brand Platform + Recommendations + Site Mapping — 15.000€ + 1 month from the start date of phase 2
• Phase 3: Naming + Identity + Content Architecture + Wireframing + Visual Design IxD — 15.000€ + 1 month from the start date of phase 3
• Phase 4: Corporate Applications + Brand Center + Handoff — 15.000€ + 1 month from the start date of phase 4

Total payment: 62.000€ completed upon delivery of phases.

There is the possibility of assuming payment in crypto (ETH) in counter value with ETH up to 50% of the price in each phase.

We consider ourselves independent contractors of the Rarible DAO and will report taxes accordingly. Forms W8-BEN and W9 will be filled out accordingly before funds get distributed to our team. [this is a requirement]
